The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has filed a lawsuit against Sam Ikruti, owner of the cryptocurrency hedge fund Jafir LLC, for allegedly stealing $1,800,000 in cryptocurrency from him in connection with a Ponzi scheme.
