”There are no doctors to perform surgery” - Man in his 70s dies four hours after falling from construction site in Busan, South Korea

A worker in his 70s fell at a construction site in Busan and died four hours after the accident because no doctor could be found to operate on him. The accident damaged his lungs and it was determined that he needed emergency surgery.
