Four people rescued from ”unauthorized boat” on Han River on the day of fireworks festival in South Korea

On the 5th of this month, when the Seoul World Fireworks Festival was being held in the Yeouido area of Seoul, South Korea, a boat was launched into the Hangang River without permission, and several people on board were rescued by fire authorities.
