Chinese products delivered under false pretenses of Korean manufacture... Public institutions also victimized = Korea

The Korea Customs Service has uncovered 170,000 items of traffic gloves, winter gloves, bags, etc. delivered to the National Police Agency as "Made in Korea" that were in fact "low-priced Chinese products."
