Bus driver fined for breaking a passenger's leg after sudden departure while passenger was getting off - South Korean report

A bus driver in his 60s who injured passengers by starting his bus without waiting for them to get off was fined. The Cheongju District Court on the 11th fined him for the crime under the Special Act on Traffic Accidents.
