South Korea's espionage law expands scope from enemy countries to foreign countries... passed by National Assembly subcommittee

A bill to amend South Korea's espionage law (Article 98 of the Criminal Code) to expand the scope of its application from "enemy countries" to "foreign countries" was passed by a subcommittee of the National Assembly's Legislation and Judiciary Committee.
