”No-show scam” where people pretend to be military troops and place large orders continues to spread in Paju, following Incheon (South Korea)

Recently, there have been a number of cases of "no-show" scams in the metropolitan area in which people pose as military personnel and order large amounts of food and drink from self-employed people, then stop contacting them.
