Emergency martial law lifted in 6 hours...Tense ”Night in Seoul” = South Korea

South Korean President Yoon Seok-youl announced at 4:30 a.m. on the 4th that he would "accept the request of the National Assembly and lift the state of emergency." This was in response to the emergency declaration issued at 11 p.m. the previous day to "eliminate anti-national forces."
