Daycare centers closing one after another... converted into ”elderly care facilities” in Seoul, South Korea

It has been revealed that the city of Seoul in South Korea is promoting a plan to convert closed "nursery schools" into "elderly care facilities." This is the first time that a local government in South Korea has directly taken such "conversion" action.
