China's domestic travel numbers to reach 5.615 billion by 2024 - Chinese report

According to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, the number of domestic tourists in 2024 is expected to increase by 14.8% from the previous year to 5.615 billion people (total number, same below). This is an increase of 724 million people from 2023.
