North Korean soldier captured in Ukraine expresses intention to defect to South Korea = ”Geneva Convention” key to future response

Two North Korean soldiers who were sent to Russia to fight in Ukraine and were taken prisoner recently gave an interview to the South Korean newspaper Chosun Ilbo. The two were arrested by a North Korean security agency monitor.
