South Korea's Democracy Index drops 10 places...classified as a ”flawed democracy”

Last year, South Korea ranked 32nd out of 167 countries worldwide in terms of democratic maturity, down 10 places from the previous year, dropping it from the top ranking to being classified as a "flawed democracy."
