US SEC declares end of ”regulatory enforcement”… ”Tokenization encourages innovation”

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially recognized tokenization as an innovation it will encourage in the market, declaring a departure from past regulatory enforcement practices.
