Samsung Electronics acquires US digital healthcare company Zels to strengthen preventive medicine

South Korea's Samsung Electronics announced on the 8th that it had signed an acquisition agreement with the US digital healthcare company Xealth on the 7th. Samsung Electronics plans to complete the acquisition process by the end of the year.
