South Korea's dairy industry faces growing sense of crisis due to sluggish milk sales, but seeks to overcome the crisis through diversification and luxury goods
According to the Dairy Industry Promotion Association and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the per capita consumption of milk (municipal milk) in Korea will be 30.1 kilograms in 2024, 31.8 kilograms in 2020, and 30.7 kilograms in 2024.
