Attempted kidnapping of a male child... One person who tried to stop it escapes arrest = South Korea

Two men in their 20s have been arrested and detained after attempting to kidnap children three times from an elementary school near Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, South Korea, last week. There were three people in the car.
