South Korea Supreme Court chief to skip hearing citing ”violation of judicial independence”

South Korea's Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae announced his intention to skip the hearing on the presidential election interference allegations scheduled for the 30th of this month, saying that the hearing "goes against the spirit of guaranteeing judicial independence."
