The abduction issue remains at a deadlock - when will a Japan-North Korea summit be held?

On the 15th of this month, it was 48 years since Megumi Yokota, abducted by North Korea at the time of her disappearance (13 years old), was abducted. The abduction issue has been going on for 48 years since five victims returned to Japan in 2002.
