Lotte Chemical and Hyundai Chemical to move ahead with factory integration in South Korea

Lotte Chemical, a major chemical company, has applied to the South Korean government's Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy for review of its business restructuring plan together with fellow company HD Hyundai Chemical.
