A man in his 20s who dropped a 3kg brick from the roof of a building has been arrested. According to the police on the 12th, around 8:30 a.m. on the 4th of this month, an accident occurred on the roof of a building in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul.

The man arrested by the police reportedly stated, ``I committed the crime out of growing dissatisfaction with society.'' Police said, ``The man was unaware that an unspecified number of people could be injured.''
The man was arrested on charges of attempted special bodily harm and property damage, and handed over to prosecutors.
