US: ``If Russia and North Korea engage in arms deals, we will take measures to hold them accountable''
Regarding the summit meeting between North Korean leader Kim Jung Eun and Russian President Vladimir Putin, the United States said, ``We will not hesitate to hold accountable any arms deal that takes place.''
