A preliminary arrest warrant was requested for Lee on charges of breach of trust and bribery. The motion to consent to Lee's arrest is expected to be put to a vote at the plenary session on the 21st. The arrest consent proposal requires the presence of a majority of registered members and the approval of a majority of the members present.
Approved by. The Democratic Party has 167 seats, and the approval of the arrest consent proposal is determined by the decisions of Democratic Party members. If the arrest consent bill is approved, Representative Lee will be required to attend the court's arrest warrant review.
If denied, the court will dismiss the warrant without a hearing.
