South Korean teenager who caused an accident after drinking and driving his parents' car without a license

A teenager was arrested by police for driving without a license in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do. Cheongju Sandang Police Station arrested Juvenile A (Juvenile A) on suspicion of violating the Road Traffic Act.
