Around 6 pm on the 26th (local time), a couple named Wan (female, 32) and Li (male, 34) took the elevator from the first basement floor.
I got into the tar. When the elevator reached the first floor, a 23-year-old woman, Zhang, got in with her adult Samoyed dog. When the dog touched his body, Mr. Wan told Mr. Zhang to let the dog touch him.
He asked her not to do so, and an argument ensued. When the couple gets off the elevator, Zhang chases after them, and the two women, Wan and Zhang, get into a grabbing fight. Her husband, Mr. Lee, has intervened.
While there, he was bitten by a certain Zhang. Mr. Wan called the police, and after a doctor's examination, it was determined that the injuries of Mr. Zhang and Mr. Li were mild, and that Mr. Wan was less than mild.
The police attempted to reconcile the two sides twice, on August 26th and September 17th, but no agreement was reached, and the police arrested Zhang on the 4th and Wan on the 3rd for assaulting him in accordance with the law.
The decision was made to sentence him to administrative detention. In addition, while the police investigation was underway, Zhang posted on his SNS, ``A police officer handcuffed me and threatened me,'' and ``Wan used people to threaten my family.''
He posted false information such as "He threatened to harm the person." For this act, the police ordered Zhang to be detained for an additional 10 days.
