Police control of downtown areas such as Itaewon ahead of Halloween = South Korea

Police are controlling the streets of Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, South Korea on the afternoon of the 27th, just before Halloween.
The South Korean government has announced that it is expected that there will be a high risk of crowds of people gathering in Seoul and Hongdae during Halloween.

As crowds of people were observed to gather in the city, Seoul autonomous regions, including Yongsan-gu, took pre-emptive action.
