This variety contains a large amount of quercitrin, and in 2008, it was developed by the Rural Development Agency's Horticultural Research Institute.
It was jointly developed by Gangwon University and Ostem Bio. Starting in 2020, the Korean Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Livestock and Food will promote domestically produced agricultural products with excellent functionality through the Korea Food Industry Cluster Promotion Institute.
We have carried out a ``work to identify the functionality of domestically produced products'' and have registered various agricultural products as functional raw materials.
