A woman in her 40s, a mother of three children, suddenly lost consciousness due to a cerebral hemorrhage and died after helping seven organ transplant recipients.
The Korea Organ and Tissue Donation Center will be hosting the Catholic University of Eunpyeong St. Mary's on October 1st.
After Cho Mi-young (47) was declared brain dead, the hospital announced that she had donated her heart, lungs, liver, and eyeballs. After feeling dizzy and going to the hospital on September 24, Cho fainted and collapsed.
He became brain dead due to cerebral hemorrhage without regaining consciousness. Cho said, ``If something like that were to happen to us, I would hesitate.
His family said he should donate his organs to someone else without having to do anything. On the evening of September 24th, Ms. Cho's husband was told by the medical staff, ``Mr. Cho will be here again today.''
Hearing that there was a possibility that he would die, he offered to donate his organs to the hospital. The family wishes that Cho, a loving mother and wife, would live and breathe someone else rather than be reduced to a handful of ashes.
I thought I wanted it. Born in Hadong, South Gyeongsang Province, as the eldest of three siblings, Cho always greets those around her with a bright smile.
He was a very warm person. She was a strong mother to her children and a kind and caring wife to her husband. Her husband, Lee Cheol-ho, said, ``I will live my life knowing that I will always be by your side.''
``I want you to watch over our former members in heaven without worrying about your children. If we meet again in heaven in the future, please say thank you for your hard work.I love you more than anything in the world.''
I did one. Daughter Lee Hyun-joo said, ``I'm happy to be my mother's daughter,'' adding, ``I will always live my life while remembering my mother. I love you, and in heaven, please take care of yourself.''
Please take care of yourselves,'' my mother said. Director Moon In-sung of the Korea Organ and Tissue Donation Center said, ``We are proud to have achieved this goal with donors who decided to donate their organs for someone else at the last moment of their lives.''
We would like to express our gratitude to the bereaved families who agreed to donate their organs so that they could survive."
