``Dog walking around without a leash''...Slaps the police when they crack down on it = South Korea
A man in his 50s has been arrested after he slapped a police officer on the cheek after responding to a report of his dog not being on a leash on the street.
According to South Korea's ``Channel A'' on the 3rd, the police arrested the Seoul Gang on the 29th of last month at around 1:00 p.m.
Police received a report of a pet dog running around without a leash near a convenience store in Gangbuk-gu.
Security camera footage shows Mr. A, a man in his 50s, taking his dog to a table next to the convenience store.
I sat down and had a drink. I took my dog off the leash and threw the dog food far away. Mr. A became nervous when the police who responded to the scene attempted to impose a fine on the grounds that his dog was not on a leash.
I threw away the lead. It was later revealed that he then slapped the police officer on the cheek. A nearby resident said, ``(The man has two dogs), and they are large dogs.If a large dog approaches him, he gets a little scared and worried.
It's cheap. Shouldn't such large dogs be wearing masks?" During police interrogation, Mr. A stated, ``I was drunk and don't remember.''
Meanwhile, the police plan to detain Mr. A without indictment on suspicion of obstructing official duties.
