He was sentenced to 10 months in prison and required to complete a 40-hour sexual assault treatment program. The third indecent assault charge was learned during the second indecent assault trial.
Himchan was charged with second-degree indecent assault after he groped two women at a bar in Seoul last April. During the second trial for forced indecency charges, Himchan was accused of having sex for the third time.
The alleged crime case was referred to the prosecutor's office, and a request was made to the court to combine the two cases. At that time, the trial ended without the cases being combined, but since then, in the third trial on sexual crime charges, the court has decided that the case was a second sexual offense.
It was decided that the trial would be held jointly with the trial for the criminal charges. The second indecent assault charge was also scheduled to be handed down in the Western District Court on November 8th, but due to time constraints, it was postponed today (21st) at 10:04 a.m.

"We demand severe punishment," he stressed. Previously, Himchan had filed an appeal against the 10-month prison sentence he was sentenced to in his first sexual crime trial, but the appeal was rejected on appeal. I have disagreed twice since then.
