Busan fails in bid to host World Expo... Riad chosen = South Korean report

Busan, South Korea, failed in its bid to host the 2030 World Expo. The event was held on the afternoon of the 28th (local time) at the general meeting of the Bureau International de l'Exposition (BIE) held in Paris, France.
In the host city selection vote, Busan received only 29 votes, leaving Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in first place with 119 votes, an overwhelming victory. Rome, Italy received 17 votes.
