A man in his 30s found in the saddle of a shared bicycle in Guangzhou, China: Chinese report

A man in his 30s was arrested by police in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, for allegedly placing a needle-like object in the saddle of a shared bicycle.
Mr. A, who lives in Guangzhou City, tried to use a shared bicycle on the morning of the 4th, but the bicycle's saddle crashed.
I discovered two needles sticking out of the area. Mr. A contacted the shared bicycle customer center, and the company notified the police.
The Guangzhou City Public Security Bureau Baiyun District Branch received a report at around 4:00 p.m. on the same day and began an investigation.
