SK Eco Plant becomes the first major Korean company to receive the highest rating for its autonomous compliance with fair trade.

The system evaluates grades annually and provides differential incentives. This is the first time that a large company has been awarded AAA.
The evaluation is divided into six stages (AAA, AA, A, B, C, D) and is based on the formulation of CP management policy, support for the CEO,
Items such as the autonomous compliance handbook will be comprehensively judged. Companies that receive a grade of A or above are given preferential treatment, such as exemption from ex-officio investigations and exemption from public disclosure orders.
SK Eco Plant introduced CP in 2008 to practice compliance management, which is the core value of ESG management.
We have established an autonomous compliance office that reports directly to the CEO, and an autonomous compliance manager appointed by the board of directors independently oversees and operates the CP. Establish CP operating standards and procedures and strengthen internal monitoring systems.
The company conducts pre- and post-checks on whether there are any legal violations, and reports operational results and future plans to top management on a quarterly basis.
