A man has been arrested in China's Sichuan province after stealing another person's car and driving after drinking. According to an announcement by local police on December 30th, the man was placed in administrative detention for 10 days for provoking others.
He has now been placed in criminal custody on suspicion of dangerous driving and is currently under investigation. Around 9pm (local time) on December 9th, the man went out to eat with his family in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province.
