He is suspected of forcing Mr. B, who is in his 50s, to jump into the sea and swim, causing his death. According to the investigation, Mr. A told Mr. B, whom he met several years ago at a simple lodging house, that he was a former violent offender.
He pretended that he was a gang member and assaulted him, and began to psychologically control him. He kept Mr. B awake and fought with Mr. C, another basic living recipient (equivalent to "welfare recipients" in Japan), until he fainted.

It turned out that he had continued to live his life. The incident was initially treated as a simple drowning accident, but a police investigation revealed the full story. The prosecution conducted an integrated psychological analysis on Mr. C.
As a result of investigating the victims, investigating the people around them, and analyzing their account transaction history, it was discovered that Mr. A had been gaslighting the victims over a long period of time since 2018. Police are investigating the suspect's movements.
