Explosion in underground parking lot of condominium in Zhejiang Province, China... Security guard injured = Chinese report

An explosion occurred at an apartment building in China's Zhejiang province, injuring one security guard. According to local police, around 7:00 pm (local time) on the 20th, in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
A report was received that an explosion had occurred in the underground parking lot of an apartment complex, with injuries reported. The injured person was a security guard at the same apartment building. The extent of his injuries has not been disclosed, but they are said to be non-life-threatening.
Late at night on the same day, the dispatched police officers took custody of the suspect, a man named Wen. Police investigated and found that Mr. Wen had been in trouble with one of the residents of the same apartment complex. Mr. Wen lit firecrackers out of anger.
They used it to make explosives and detonated them in the basement parking lot of an apartment building. Police currently have Mr. Wen in custody and are currently investigating the details of the incident.
