Teenager steals and drives car with unlocked door... caught by police = South Korea

Two teenagers who stole a car and drove it without a license have been caught by police. On the 1st, the Gwacheon Police Station in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, arrested two people, including Mr. A, a teenager, on suspicion of special theft.
It was announced that a case had been filed. Mr. A and others are accused of secretly stealing a vehicle with the side mirrors folded from an apartment building in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province the previous night, and driving it without a license.
It was revealed that the suspects had committed the crime within a day after being investigated by the police on the 30th of last month on suspicion of picking up a parked vehicle and getting into it without permission.
It was investigated that they stole seven cars from the Gwacheon area of Gyeonggi Province.
The police plan to target them to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the crime, including the cause of the crime.
