The hospital said, ``We need three or more doctors to accept a patient in cardiac arrest, but in this case, we will only provide outpatient treatment.''
"Other than doctors on duty for surgeries, there were no doctors available to provide first aid to patients in cardiac arrest, making it impossible to accommodate patients."
Furthermore, ``When I made the request at the 119 central control center before transferring the patient, there was already a doctor at the hospital.
