A woman in her 30s was arrested by police after she falsely hailed 18 taxis near the presidential palace in the early hours of the morning. Yongsan Police Station in Seoul, South Korea, arrested suspect A, who is suspected of obstructing business operations.
It was announced on the 7th that he was arrested the day before and that the motive behind the crime was being investigated. According to the police, Suspect A visited Yongsan University every 5 to 10 minutes between 2:30 a.m. and 4:20 a.m. on the 5th.
