Roller coaster stops 12 meters above ground, 17 passengers rescued in Daegu, South Korea
On the 10th, the roller coaster at E-WORLD, a popular theme park in Daegu, South Korea, stopped. The roller coaster touched down at around 2:13pm on this day, just after the departure point.
It stopped at a height of 12 meters above the ground. With the help of staff, the 17 passengers were able to descend to the ground using the emergency stairs installed on the vehicle.
E-World was informed that safety measures had been completed at around 2:18, five minutes after the operation stopped, and there were no casualties.
