中国、他人の写真を無断で使用“養子縁組”話をでっち上げ…20代男を拘留=中国報道
China detains man in his 20s for using someone else's photo without permission and fabricating an 'adoption' story - Chinese report
Recently, a 21-year-old man in China caused a stir when he posted on his SNS that he had adopted a 5-year-old girl.
According to the post, the man said, ``Every weekend he and his friends spend time at an orphanage.
He was engaged in Rantia activities.'' He explained that a girl had been abandoned in the orphanage's garbage dump, and that he had adopted her. Along with this, a photo of the girl was also released.
However, in China, when a man without a spouse adopts a girl, there must be an age difference of at least 40 years, and netizens who saw the man's post said,
"Maybe he posted the content." As this post gained attention and spread, a person claiming to be the girl's mother appeared. The mother said, ``My daughter is 3 years old, and this man took pictures of her.''
"I used Makoto without permission," he said, and called the police. Police received the report and began an investigation. In the early hours of the 8th, a suspect named Luo (male, 21), a resident of Dali City, Yunnan Province, was taken into custody.
In response to a police investigation, a certain Luo revealed, ``In order to attract attention, I obtained a photo of the girl online and fabricated a story about her adoption.''
Police sentenced Luo to administrative detention for disturbing public order.
