Container ship collides with a pier in China's Guangdong province, causing the bridge to rupture...Several moving vehicles fall - Chinese report

A container ship collided with the piers of the Luxinsha Bridge in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China, causing the bridge body to rupture. At around 5:30 a.m. (local time) on the 22nd, the container ship was loaded with cargo.
The vehicle was heading from Nanhai, Foshan, to Nansha, Guangzhou, when it collided with the Luxinsha Bridge. The bridge body ruptured, and several vehicles, including route buses, that were traveling on the bridge fell.
According to the Guangzhou Maritime Search and Rescue Center, four cars and one electric motorcycle are believed to have fallen from the bridge. Two of them fell into the water and three fell onto a container ship. As of 10am on the same day
, two people were confirmed dead and one sailor was injured. Three people are also missing. Two other people were rescued. Photos and videos taken by nearby residents show what appears to be a small truck.
The footage shows a vehicle and a bus falling onto the container ship. Both vehicles were severely damaged. According to Guangzhou Bus Group, there were no passengers on board the route bus and only one driver was on board.
However, they have not been able to contact the driver. Search and rescue operations are currently continuing. In addition, the owner of the container ship has already been detained and the cause of the accident has not yet been determined.
An investigation is underway.
