Landing procedures for U.S. private lunar probe Odysseus begin

The lunar lander from US private space company Intuitive Machines has begun landing procedures.
CNN broadcasts and other broadcasts aired on the 22nd (local time) about Intuitive Machines' lunar lander Odysseus (N
ova-C) has entered the process of landing on the moon. CNN explained that Odysseus will attempt to land near Malapart A, near the moon's south pole.
Reuters reported that the expected landing time was around 5:24 pm on the same day (8:24 am on the 23rd, Japan time). A spaceship until it lands
communication is interrupted. If successful, it will be the first American spacecraft to land on the moon in 52 years, since Apollo 17 in December 1972. This is the first success for a private company.
Odysseus underwent a wrap-up party at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida on the 15th, and entered lunar orbit the morning of the previous day.
