Kim Go Eun of the movie ”The Tomb”, ”Love line with Lee Do Hyun? The relationship between master and student”

Actor Kim Go-eun expressed her satisfaction with her collaboration with Lee Do-hyun.

Kim Go-eun appears in the film 'The Grave Breaker' as a teacher-disciple relationship with Lee Do-hyun; the two play Miko in the film, and the pair are so good together that requests for a spin-off to be made have been pouring in.

In a recent interview with Herald POP at a café in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Kim Go-eun said, "Lee Do-hyun contacted me to thank me."

Kim Go-eun said, "Lee Do-hyun texted me out of the blue saying, 'Thank you' and I said, 'What?' He replied, 'For co-starring with me'. I was embarrassed to say it to his face, so I replied, "I'm the one who should thank you."

"Lee Do-hyun and I were filming different dramas, but we often visited Miko's house and practised a lot. We were able to start filming in a state of close friendship before filming, so we were in perfect harmony."

As for a possible love line between Hwa-rim and Bong-gil, whom he and Lee Do-hyun played in the film, he drew a line between them and said, "They are clearly master and disciple", which drew laughter.

She added: "In fact, there were surprisingly many cases among the Mikos where the master was younger and the apprentice was much older and served the younger master with courtesy. The director also said that Bong-gil is a disciple who has to be courteous to Hwa-rim, and I asked him if there were such cases among the Mikos," he explained, and confided, "Spin-offs are only possible when the director writes the part, but I'm glad that such a request is made."

The film 'Tomb Breaking', in which Kim Go-eun appears, is an occult mystery film about a feng shui master and a funeral director who receive huge sums of money to renovate suspicious graves, and the strange incidents that occur to Miko and her friends. The film is currently being screened to rave reviews in South Korea.
