The tvN drama 'Captivating the King' is scheduled to end on the 3rd and Jo Jung Suk, Shin Se Kyung, Lee Shin Young and others have shared their thoughts on the end of the broadcast.
Cho Jong-seok, who showed off everything from the stormy charisma of monarch Lee In to the rotten romance, said, "I experienced all four seasons while filming 'Captivating the King'. I wanted to say thank you once again to the many staff and actors who fought alone in the cold and heat, and I was happy to work with a great director and writer".
Cho Jung-suk continued by saying that the most memorable scene was the ending of the last episode, and that he was glad that the scene was beautifully shot despite the windy and very cold weather at the time of filming, raising interest in the ending.
Shin Se Kyung, who played Kang Mong Woo, a woman dressed as a man, said, "I want to thank all the viewers who loved 'Captivating the King'. I am truly grateful for the time we spent loving, crying and laughing together".
In particular, Shin Se Kyung revealed that "the reunion scene between Kang Mong Woo and Lee In, who became a go-between, was the most memorable" and showed her affection, saying that "it was the first step to progress to the ending emotion in episode 12, so I had a lot of worries".
Lee Shin-young also made a successful historical drama debut through the drama 'Captivating the King' this time. Lee Shin-young said, "I was excited but nervous because it was my first time in a period drama, and I was like, 'What should I do? How should I approach him?' I had a lot of worries."
He continued: 'Each time, the director, senior actors and staff worked together to help me a lot and I was able to play Kim Myung-ha. It is an unforgettable and gratifying film".
'Captivating the King' will be broadcast on the 2nd March at 9:20pm, with the final episode airing on the 3rd March.
