On this day, Plaintiff Park YUCHUN's former manager Kim said through his lawyer,
and submitted the grounds for filing a lawsuit to the trial chamber. According to the preliminary statement of the reason for the claim, Mr. Kim lost his promised salary of about 600 million won because Park YUCHUN broke the exclusive contract with Ricielo due to a double contract.
He claims he did not receive it. Mr. Kim's side said, ``While working as the representative of Ricielo, I worked hard to repair Park YUCHUN's mistakes and increase profits.''

Mr. Kim has been Park YUCHUN's full-time manager since his JYJ days.
