North Korean Foreign Ministry delegation visits Mongolia...to ”strengthen relations” with friendly countries

North Korean media, including North Korea's state-run Korean Central News Agency, reported on the 10th that a delegation from the North Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs will visit Mongolia.

He left Pyongyang on the 9th to visit Mongolia." Mongolia maintains diplomatic relations with North Korea, including operating an embassy in Pyongyang during the COVID-19 virus outbreak.
It is a pro-North Korean country that has maintained relations with North Korea. In January this year, the new Mongolian ambassador to North Korea submitted his credentials to Choe Ryong-hae, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of North Korea.
The North Korean government delegation's visit to Mongolia appears to be aimed at solidifying ties with traditionally friendly countries through talks on strengthening bilateral ties.
This is the first time a North Korean Foreign Ministry delegation will visit Mongolia since the COVID-19 outbreak.
