International crude oil prices reach highest level in four months...Brent crude oil hits $84 per barrel

International crude oil prices hit their highest level in four months. This appears to have been influenced by news of a decline in U.S. inventories and an attack on a Russian oil refinery in Ukraine. 13th (local time), New
West Texas Intermediate (WTI) futures for April delivery closed at $79.72 on the York Mercantile Exchange, an increase of $2.16 (2.8%) from the previous day's closing price.
Brent crude oil futures for May delivery also closed at $84.03 per barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange, an increase of $2.11 (2.6%) from the previous day's closing price. this was last year
This is the highest level in four months since November 6th. The reasons for the wild fluctuations in international crude oil prices were pointed out to be concerns about crude oil supply and demand, including a decline in US crude oil inventories and attacks on oil refineries in Russia.
Reuters reported that a Ukrainian drone attack caused a fire at a refinery belonging to Russian state oil giant Rosneft. This will disrupt global crude oil supply.
There was growing concern that this could happen.
