A large-scale explosion occurred in a four-story building in Sanga City, Hebei Province, China on the morning of the 13th. The rescue work was almost completed by 11pm on the same day.
At 7:54 a.m. (local time) on the 13th, an explosion and resulting fire occurred inside a four-story building in Yanjiao, the city.
According to a report by China Central Television (CCTV), by 11 p.m. the same day, the rescue work was almost complete and seven people were confirmed dead.
