It is open from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm on weekdays, and from 9 am to 5:30 pm on weekends. Admission is free.
For the convenience of visitors, a dedicated elevator is available to take visitors directly from the 1st floor to the observation deck on the 13th floor.
Cafe Darak, which is located on the same floor as the observation deck, has been closed on Sundays until now, but from now on will be open on Sundays according to the observation deck's opening hours.
From the northeast side of the observatory, you can see Seoul Plaza, Seoul City Hall main building, Deoksugung Palace, and the Jeongdong area to the northwest.
The observatory also features panoramic photographs and caption plaques with explanations of the main areas and buildings in the Jeongdong area, providing visitors with a glimpse into the modern history and culture of Seoul.
It is expected that it will also serve as an information center to introduce culture.
