The group 'SHINee' will separately take another step forward together: Ong Yoo and Taemin, who left SM Entertainment, and Key and Minho, who chose to stay on.

On the 9th, SM Entertainment announced the re-signing of 'SHINee' members Kee and Minho, with SM stating "We are happy to continue our precious relationship with Kee and Minho. We will generously support Key and Minho in many ways so that they can shine even more as a solo artists as well as a member of 'SHINee', as we have decided to re-sign them based on our strong trust."

On the same day, Key and Minho also shared their thoughts on their decision to remain with SM. Key and Minho said, "SM is where we have shared every moment with 'SHINee' from the beginning to the present. I think we are where we are now because of the staff of the company who have been breathing together for a long time."

They added: "We want to continue to have good synergy with SM and create a new and more diverse starting point for us as artists. We would also like to thank our fans for always believing in us and supporting us, and we will always show them a good performance."

As a result, Key and Minho will stay on unlike On-Yoo and Taemin who left SM. Firstly, On-Yoo recently signed an exclusive contract with the new entertainment agency GRIFFIN Entertainment.

GRIFFIN Entertainment said, "We are happy to be a part of On-Yoo's new beginning, and we will actively support GRIFFIN Entertainment in many areas to make it a place where artists can feel at home", and also released a new profile picture.

Taemin also left SM. Taemin signed an exclusive contract with BIG PLANET MADE Ent. and BIG PLANET MADE Ent. said, "We will fully support Taemin's wide range of music activities from now on" and called for support for his new start.
